Our Employment Team provides commercially focused, practical and cost efficient advice to its clients in employment related disputes. The team is experienced in advising a variety of clients, both employee and employer, domestic and international companies, in contentious and non-contentious issues that arise in all aspects of the employer and employee relationship. The team has a strong reputation for providing strategic advice to its clients in resolving employment disputes before the WRC, the Labour Court and the civil courts including urgent High Court injunctions. The team also has extensive experience in working in commercial transactions for buyers and sellers, including due diligence, outsourcing and restructuring, and advising on employment issues on the sale or transfer of the business and compliance with the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations (TUPE) .

Our Private Client Litigation Team has substantial expertise in commercial and private disputes including Commercial Court disputes, arbitrations and mediations. We have extensive expertise representing clients who have suffered personal injuries arising out of road traffic and other accidents or medical-legal issues.
We also provide advices to clients with regard to commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.

We have vast experience in the field of estate planning and can advise you in the preparation of Wills and Trusts and assist you in best practice estate management to minimise on Capital Taxation and other duties.
